The Planning Process
Let's take a moment to review how the whole process works & how it gives me the opportunity to gather more details... and then we can go from there!
Vacation Consultation
This is where we are today. We haven't gone through all the critical questions yet. So I would love to offer you a complete vacation consultation. This can easily be done by email.

Price & Negotiation
In this phase, I take our narrowed list to my preferred travel partners and refine pricing. You can expect to receive a written estimate with the detail of your vacation package.
At the end of this phase, you will place a trip deposit to lock in rates & hold your accommodations. The deposit will go towards final payment.
Proposal
After you submit the travel request form, I will send over an email with personalized vacation package options.
This is the "shopping" phase. Prices are estimates, & our goal is to learn what we like & don't like. GOAL is to choose 2 properties before the next step.
Departure
This is the fun part! At this point, your trip is booked, & we are now able to add tours, excursions, & any other special requests you prefer.
You will receive an email that will allow you to activate your own PERSONAL client portal.
